Online workshops:  Full refunds will be given for refund requests submitted at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the workshop. For cancellation requests made within two weeks or less of the workshop start date, no refund will be given except for medical reasons, which must be documented in writing by a physician. In this case, the tuition will be refunded as if the request had been received prior to the two-week deadline. Requests to cancel enrollment during the workshop will be handled like a cancellation request received within two weeks of the start of a workshop: no refund will be given except for medical reasons documented by a physician.

In-person and residential workshops: A full refund minus an administrative fee equal to 10% of the tuition will be granted as long as the cancellation request is received prior to 4 weeks before the start date of the workshop in question.  This year’s tuition can also be deferred to 2025 with no penalty.  For cancellation requests made within 4 weeks or less of the workshop start date, no refund will be given except for medical reasons, which must be documented in writing by a physician. In this case, the tuition will be refunded as if the request had been received prior to the 4-week deadline. Requests to cancel enrollment during the workshop will be handled like a cancellation request received within 4 weeks of the start of a workshop: no refund will be given except for medical reasons documented by a physician. If the student must leave the workshop for documented medical reasons, the workshop tuition will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.
